Trusting yourself is EFUCKINGSSENTIAL if you want to build a successful spiritual business, so NOT trusting myself definitely led me to some MAHOOSIVE challenges.

And it wasn’t until I started working with a coach and on one of the calls she literally said the words “You don’t need permission!” that it even started to sink in for me that I could actually make decisions FOR MYSELF!! 

It felt like someone had physically unshackled me and set me free 🦋 

I was shit scared of EVERYTHING, from getting it wrong to what people would think of me, my business failing, and how I’m gonna make money consistently, and realised I’d never made a decision for myself before. I was 39! 

I’d always ask someone else for their opinion first, and depending on who that was, would NOT be a good thing sometimes! 

Making decisions in my business felt like frigging-life-threatening events! Writing content, deciding on pricing, picking event venues, ALL OF IT had me over thinking and doubting myself! 😱
